HOW TO Build your own Poké bowl

Never heard of poké? Don’t worry. Poké (pronounced “poh-keh”) is a traditional Hawaiian dish that literally means to cut or slice, and is made by cutting sashimi-grade seafood into cubes and tossing them with different spices, sauces and vegetables. While it sounds simple, it’s definitely a lot more complex than when ancient Hawaiians used to it with their fresh catch of the day.
